Start with the campaign scope

Define the audience, language, source content and goal. Agree whether the deliverables are published clips, files for your own channels or both.

Use the editable campaign brief to record the plan before recruiting editors.

Join the community

The RiseKlix Discord community is the starting point for questions and campaign enquiries. Ask the team about available campaigns and who can take part. Joining Discord does not confirm a paid role.

Read the current brief

Find the approved videos, allowed platforms, editing instructions, required advertising labels, deadline and review rules. Ask about anything unclear before starting work.

Keep permissions with the source videos

Use material approved for the campaign. Keep the source link, relevant timestamp and context with the edit. Check restrictions on music, third-party footage, private information and commercial reuse.

Send the details the reviewer needs

Include the campaign name, posting account or Discord handle, platform, public link or file, source timestamp, caption, disclosure status and upload time. Send private payout information only through the agreed private workflow.

Review and revise

The reviewer checks the edit against the brief, source context, quality, rights and platform requirements. Keep the approval decision and specific feedback with the submission. Agree how disputes or unavailable links will be handled.

Check what the results show

Record public links, the metrics you can see and the time you checked them. Account insights can add detail when you have authorised access. Say when information is unavailable. A screenshot alone does not prove unique viewers, organic traffic or sales.

Account connections should use the platform’s authorised connection flow. Never send a social account password to join a campaign.

Agree payment conditions

Agree the rate, payment limit, accepted metric, fees, review period and payment schedule in writing. Keep amounts awaiting review, approved, scheduled and paid separate. An estimate does not confirm payment.

Use the results to plan the next campaign

Collect the approved links, dated metrics, costs and review feedback. Separate results you observed from estimates. Decide what to keep or change in the next brief.

Read the privacy policy, terms and deletion process before participating in tracked campaign work.

Plan before joining a campaign

Confirm current availability, source permissions, eligibility, review criteria and payment terms. Keep the approved brief and submission records available for review.
