Campaign enquiries — added 8 October 2026
The campaign enquiry form asks for your name, reply email and campaign idea, with optional content links, budget, audience and timing. These answers stay in the current page until you choose Send; this enquiry form does not automatically save them to browser storage. On submission, the server sends an enquiry email to the RiseKlix team through Resend. We use these details to respond and discuss campaign scope, not to automatically subscribe you to marketing.
The optional detailed brief builder below the enquiry form separately saves its draft in your browser, as described under Website data. Do not include passwords or sensitive payment information in either form. For questions or deletion requests, contact contact@riseklix.com or follow the data deletion process.
Information we collect
We may collect your Discord user ID, username, display name, server roles, campaign participation, submitted public clip links, submission timestamps, approval status, support requests, and information you voluntarily provide in forms or Discord messages related to a campaign.
Discord bot tracking
The RiseKlix Discord bot is used to organize clipping campaigns. It may record submitted clip URLs, public platform metadata, public view-count snapshots, engagement or availability checks, campaign status, duplicate checks, quality-review notes, and anti-fraud signals so creators, clients, and clippers can verify campaign performance.
Connected Instagram accounts
If you connect Instagram, Meta redirects you to https://clip.riseklix.com/auth/instagram/callback with a temporary authorization code. Our server exchanges that code for an access token and sends the connected account payload to the RiseKlix bot backend. We use approved Instagram access only to fetch permitted account, media, and insight data for campaign verification and reporting.
Public platform data
When you submit a public YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X/Twitter, podcast, stream, or similar clip link, we may review the public page and record visible metrics such as views, likes, comments, shares, upload date, caption, and account handle where available. We do not need your private social account password to track public clip proof, and Instagram connection uses Meta's authorization flow instead of password sharing.
Payments and admin records
If a campaign includes payout review, we may ask for payout details, invoices, screenshots, or identity/admin information needed to process or audit the payout. Do not post sensitive payout details in public channels; use the private workflow provided for that campaign.
Website data
The website is mostly static. If you use the intro brief form, the draft may be saved in your own browser local storage so you can copy it later. We may also receive ordinary server logs from hosting providers, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp.
How we use information
We use data to run Discord campaign rooms, review clip submissions, track public results, prevent fake traffic or duplicate submissions, support users, improve campaign operations, communicate updates, create redacted case studies, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
Sharing
We may share relevant campaign proof with the creator, client, internal reviewers, approved contractors, hosting providers, analytics or workflow tools, payment processors, Discord, and platform services needed to operate the campaign. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
We keep campaign records only as long as reasonably needed for operations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, reporting, accounting, and compliance. To request deletion, use the process at Data Deletion.
Your choices
You can avoid submitting clips, leave the Discord server, remove the bot where you control a server, disconnect Instagram through Meta settings, clear local browser storage, or request deletion of eligible personal data. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or completed campaign accounting.
