Service overview
Clip by RiseKlix is a creator clipping network that helps creators, brands, and businesses run short-form clipping campaigns through Discord operations, campaign briefs, talent review, link tracking, and performance reporting.
Discord bot consent
When you interact with the RiseKlix Discord bot or submit campaign work in a tracked campaign, you allow the bot and our team to process campaign-related data such as Discord identifiers, submitted public links, public view counts, approval status, review notes, and anti-fraud signals.
Instagram connection consent
When you connect Instagram, you authorize Meta to redirect you to https://clip.riseklix.com/auth/instagram/callback and authorize RiseKlix to exchange the temporary code for an access token. RiseKlix may use the approved token to fetch permitted Instagram account, media, and insight data for campaign review, view-count verification, reporting, and anti-fraud checks.
Account and community conduct
You are responsible for your Discord account, submissions, and behavior. Do not spam, harass, impersonate others, submit stolen edits, manipulate views, buy fake traffic, evade bans, leak private campaign material, or disrupt campaign rooms.
Campaign submissions
Submissions must follow the campaign brief, use approved source material, respect platform rules, avoid misleading claims, include required disclosures, and be submitted before the deadline in the requested format. RiseKlix may reject duplicate, low-quality, noncompliant, unavailable, or suspicious submissions.
Rights and permissions
You must have the rights needed to submit your work. By submitting a clip, you give RiseKlix and the relevant campaign client permission to review, verify, report, reference, and display the submission for campaign operations, proof, case studies, and related promotional materials unless a campaign brief says otherwise.
Payouts and approvals
Payouts are not guaranteed unless a specific campaign brief says the submission is eligible and the work is approved under that campaign's rules. View counts, approval windows, payment timing, rejection reasons, and documentation requirements may vary by campaign.
Platform compliance
You are responsible for following the terms and policies of Discord, YouTube, Instagram, X/Twitter, podcast platforms, streaming platforms, payment providers, and any other service used for the campaign. RiseKlix may remove work or restrict access if platform or legal risk appears.
No guarantee
We work to run campaigns carefully, but we do not guarantee reach, revenue, virality, platform approval, account growth, or uninterrupted service. Campaigns can be paused, changed, or cancelled for operational, safety, client, platform, or compliance reasons.

These terms work with the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page. Meta deauthorization events are received at https://clip.riseklix.com/auth/instagram/deauthorize. We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
